All artworks on this website are AI-generated digital images, created through advanced AI image generation and creative direction by the artist. Each purchase is a digital product: you receive a high-resolution image file that you download. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) at a simple fixed price per artwork. There are no shipping charges and no size surcharges. Payments are processed securely through PayPal. No PayPal account is required — you can also pay with a regular credit or debit card through PayPal's secure guest checkout. We do not store your payment information.
SG Fine Arts reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of purchase is the final price. In the rare event that an artwork is displayed at an incorrect price due to a technical or typographical error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund of any amount paid.
Immediately after your payment is confirmed, a download link is shown on screen and also emailed to the address associated with your payment. Each purchase includes one download — please save the file to your device as soon as it arrives. If your file did not download for any reason, or you had any trouble at all, contact us right away at sgsdapps@gmail.com and we will send the file to you directly and immediately, at no extra charge.
Because each artwork is a digital product delivered instantly, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the file has been delivered. Please review the artwork image and description before purchasing. Where you purchase as a consumer and mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country grant rights that cannot be waived, nothing in these Terms limits those rights; note that in many jurisdictions digital content supplied immediately with the buyer's consent is exempt from standard distance-selling cancellation rights.
Your purchase grants you a personal license to download the artwork file (one download per purchase) and to print and display it for your own use — including in your home, office, or as a personal gift — as many times as you like, at any size. Copyright in the images and content on this website remains with SG Fine Arts to the extent permitted by law. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense the digital file itself, and you may not present the artwork as your own creation.
Exclusive acquisitions. Selected artworks may be acquired under exclusive rights. When an artwork is sold exclusively, SG Fine Arts permanently withdraws it from sale and undertakes not to sell, license, or distribute that work to any other party. The exclusive buyer receives the master file at the highest available resolution. "Exclusivity" refers to the seller's undertaking not to resell the work — it does not warrant that no copy could ever exist elsewhere as a result of the buyer's own actions.
Invisible fingerprinting. Every file we deliver — standard or exclusive — carries an invisible digital fingerprint uniquely identifying the purchaser (email, order reference and time of issue). This marker does not alter the visible image, but allows any leaked, shared or resold copy to be traced back to the buyer it was issued to.
Prohibited use. You may not share, redistribute, resell, sublicense, upload to any public or stock platform, or otherwise make a purchased file available to any third party. Exclusive-rights files may additionally not be reproduced beyond the scope agreed with us in writing.
Liquidated damages. Any unauthorized distribution, resale or public sharing of a purchased file is a breach of this license and a copyright violation. The buyer agrees to liquidated damages of USD 2,000 per infringing act, in addition to immediate revocation of the license and any further remedies available at law. Because every file is fingerprinted, the source of any leak is identifiable.
Buyer responsibility. Where an artwork is sold exclusively, any appearance of the file in the hands of third parties resulting from the buyer's own sharing, loss or breach is the sole responsibility of the buyer, and does not constitute a breach by SG Fine Arts of its exclusivity undertaking.
The artworks are created using artificial-intelligence image-generation tools, based on original prompts and creative direction by the artist. Some pieces are inspired by, and draw ideas, themes, techniques and stylistic influences from, artistic movements and the broader visual-art tradition; such styles and ideas are not in themselves protected by copyright. Each work is produced in good faith as a new and independent composition — we do not copy, trace, or replicate any specific copyrighted artwork, and we do not present our works as the work of any other artist. The buyer acknowledges that AI-generated imagery may resemble pre-existing works or styles, and that the legal status of copyright in AI-generated works varies between jurisdictions.
We collect only the information necessary to process your order (name and email). This information is processed through PayPal and is subject to PayPal's privacy policy. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. We may contact you by email regarding your order.
The artworks are created using artificial-intelligence tools and are offered "as is" as original creative works. We make no warranty as to the results of printing, which depend on your printer, paper, and print service. Colours may vary between screen and print.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SG Fine Arts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of this website. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the artwork in question.
By purchasing you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into a binding contract. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, and to issue a refund where an order is cancelled by us.
The website is provided on an "as available" basis. From time to time we carry out maintenance, updates and upgrades — for example adding new artworks, improving performance and security, or introducing new features. During such periods the website, or certain functions such as purchasing, may be temporarily unavailable or suspended, with or without prior notice. When an upgrade is in progress a notice will normally be displayed on the site. SG Fine Arts is not liable for any inconvenience, loss, or damage arising from such temporary unavailability. If you have already purchased an artwork and need your file again, simply contact us and we will resend it to you.
Severability: if any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Entire agreement: these Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SG Fine Arts and supersede any prior representations. No waiver: our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. Headings are for convenience only.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.
